I have a brand new blackberry curve8520 and i can't get any emails,but it was working fine 4 days ago. If I check the email set up its says it can't connect to the server everything else still works fine except send or receive emails. Any advice please?

Hi rmb ... it could be a number of things but usually email problems can be resolved by one of :
- Battery Pull (self-explanatory)
- HRT re-register (Options > Device > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register Now)
- Service Book push (Email Settings > Menu > Service Book > Send Service Books).
If this doesn't solve, it might be a problem between the RIM/Blackberry servers & your email host servers (but the fact that you're getting a message that says 'can't connect to the server' would suggest it's a problem between your phone & the RIM server).

Hi I have tried all the suggestions & still no emails connecting ,I know the server is fine because my wife's phone & my pod connect no problem, via wifi any other suggestions please? it's driving me mad as it was fine the other day!
