hi could anyone help me please been given a blackberry bold 9700 and wont connect to internet says try later. VODAFONE SAID BUY BLACKBERRY SERVICES FOR 5 POUND AND ID GET IT BUT NO PAID 5 POUND FOR NOTHING. also the ip adress says 00-00-00 is this anythng to do with it not very good wiv this stuff.id really appreciate any suggestions.thanks

Hi wayne9,
From what you have said it sounds like there is either a problem with the Blackberry provisioning or an issue with data being disabled on your account.
I would firstly recommend updating the host routing table by doing the following;
Select options, device, advanced options, host routing table, press the blackberry button, select register now.
If this doesn’t work please take a look at the PM that I have sent you and follow the instructions on this so we can take a look at this for you.
