Re: phone keeps breaking !

Hi Zoppo,

Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team. :smileyhappy:

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your handset.

All of our phones are covered under the manufacturers warranty and as such once you our outside of the initial 7 day return period we are unable to exchange a handset however we can arrange for a free of charge repair for you, by doing this we can get your device sent to one of our engineers to asses the handset and repair any fault with it.

The only way that we would be able to offer you a different make and model of handset would be via an early upgrade, basically this would mean that we would upgrade you now, you would get the handset on a next day delivery but your new commitment would not start until the end of your current agreement.

Basically the new 18 month agreement would not start until January; this would then put you in commitment until around June 2013.

If you would like to discuss this further please let us know. :smileywink:
