Fine up until a few weeks back and then got the message that the network wasn't available. Still getting email and Facebook and all the other services.
Spent an age on the phone to technical support (in Egypt) who took over my PC and removed the INSTALLED Navigation app and then couldn't re-install it from their download.
So what's happening? Anyone any ideas?

Can I ask if it was the Vodafone navigation software that you had on the phone?
If yes, this should be part of the core OS on the phone which you should be able to reinstall by downloading a copy to your PC from here.
Double clicking the download file,
Open up DTM,
Connect your phone to your PC via USB,
Click software update,
Install the OS that you have downloaded.
Give this a go and let me know how you get on.
