can a member of vodafone call me asap? my phone has been cut off as i cant make payment. everytime i try it says cant accept payment from this number and i cant talk to anyone because my calls are restricted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please please please call asap!!!!!!!!!!! (removed for security)

Hi, the quickest option to get your issue resolved would be to call 08700700191 from another line, you will be able to make a payment that way..

Alternataively one of the Moderators will respond to your post in the next 24 hours or so

no help has been given. i have no other means of contacting vodafone. i am still disconnected and unable to make payment.

as i have a pretty large bill to pay could i please be allowed 10 days to pay it and be reconnected in the mean time? im my grandads sole carer so need my phone in use at all times

I spoke to a member of the Vodafone team  at 5pm and was told my phone would be reconnected straight away, I'm still waiting. I'm seriously thinking of leaving Vodafone.
