Hi i have just setup my blackberry, sim activated registered with vodafone etc, i cant access the internet and also send receive texts and make calls but i cant setup my email with the wizard? if i go to the setup wizard for email it only gives me one option " i want to use a work email account"    but i dont want this i want to use " i want to create or add an email address" but its not there to let me select this option? What do i do?

Thanks for your post here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you

So that we can get this sorted I'm going to send you an email over to the email address that you have registerred with. All you need to do is hit reply and fill in all of the information it asks for and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I too have a similar problem on set up it won't give me the option on setting up an e-mail account only the work e-mail option

I have registerd the phone as directed through the host routing table on the phone, but when I fill in the the pin number and the imie number from the status menu on the phone onto the vodafone website the details are not accepted.

Any sollutions

I've got exactly the same problem but mines on a Blackberry Curve 8520, its driving me insane.  I am really regretting not purchasing it from somewhere like Carphone Warehouse where they set up the phone for you

Sounds like you need to check with Vodafone that your line has been set up properly for BIS. Give 191 a call and go through it with them.
