If you are getting a SIM Not Provisioned message on your handset, that means that there is no service on your SIM.

 

Is this a new connection, or an upgrade?

 

If it is an upgrade and it came with a new SIM, you need to give 191 a call from your old handset to get the service moved to your new SIM and everything will start working again in 15 minutes or so.

 

If it isn't an upgrade or you have tried the above, then let Ben know more info as requested so his team can help.
