If you are getting a SIM Not Provisioned message on your handset, that means that there is no service on your SIM.
Is this a new connection, or an upgrade?
If it is an upgrade and it came with a new SIM, you need to give 191 a call from your old handset to get the service moved to your new SIM and everything will start working again in 15 minutes or so.
