Hi I have a sim only contract for my blackberry phone however it is now broken (only showing a white screen) I know the phone is not really vodafones problem but someone told me that a vodafone advisor said to them that if they took a sim free contract - a contract with a phone could be renegotiated if needed. I was wanting to find out how much truth was in this? As don't really want to go into the shop until i know more . Thanks

I am sorry to see that your phone has broken, I can imagine that this is very frustrating for you.
