Hi,

I am looking to upgrade the software on my Pearl. It is currently running V4.3, but everytime I try to upgrade it, it says there is no new  software available! As a newbie I could really appreciate some guidance as to how to get the best software on my old phone

You can find the latest Vodafone approved software update for your BlackBerry Pearl on our Software Upgrades page here.

To check which version you're on you simply need to:

Scroll to All, then press the Trackpad key
Scroll to the Options icon, then press the Trackpad key
Scroll to Device, then press the Trackpad key
Scroll to About Device Versions, then press the Trackpad key
