my phone crashed and wehen i switched it on it didnt load up all the way and i got a white screen with app error 552 and reset on it, i have tryed to sync the phone to my laptop but its not recognising it.  Help.

Hi razzie,

When this type of issue occurs it will normally be fixed by reinstalling the O/S onto the device through the application loader however, as you PC won't recognise the phone as being plugged in the only thing that you can do is to send this off to be repaired by one of our engineers.

do you think it can be repaired. if not i've been told i can have an online upgrade on 15/08/11 could i pay tow months line rental upfront and get an upgrade now?
