Hi, i am unable to setup my email on my bb, it says contact service provider. also unable to setup bb protect as it says bb protect service is temporarily unavailable. tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting still no luck. any help. thanks

Hi Derren.
Not sure about BB Protect - could have been a temporary outage.
You should be able to access email setup (to add new accounts) via Ithe browser ... http://www.blackberry.com/MailIntegration/entry.do
(from here you can also force a Service Book repush)
For editting email accounts that are already linked to the phone ... Open the Messages Application & select Options from the menu. You should see Email Account Management (or similar) ... this will take you to (effectively) the same place that Email Setup would have done if it was working.
