Hi
I upgraded plan and phone yesterday to iphone 4 and since then i have a small "edge" and am unable to send and receive emails or acess facebook etc.
I am presuming its something to do with the upgrade but I could do with having access to emails etc on my blackberry untill i receive my new iphone.
I have tried removing sim and battery and resending service books but still nothing.
thanks

Hi,
If you've upgraded the same number I'd imagine they've moved you on to a relevant plan for an iPhone rather than BlackBerry.
First thoughts are as you'd no longer require BlackBerry services on an iPhone this has been and replaced against your mobile number.
