Hi all

  I have an issue with my blackberry carring out  a wap download @00.00hrs most nights, this sometimes costing me money, dose this happen to anyone else...???

Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.

To be honest there have been a few reports of similar issues however can you confirm if this is every night?

most of the time the issue is caused by applications being updated by the phone in the back ground of the device, however with a blackberry this could be a multitude of different reasons for this connection.

The best thing that I would suggest would be to firstly make sure that all of you applications have been closed and shut down correctly, this will then eliminate this from our enquiry.

If you can do this and let us know how you get on, we will be able to follow it up for you further.

i can send you a copy of my bill if you woulg like to see it, but it does a dowmload every night it costs me 0.83p every time, it work out about £20 p/m not impressed......
