Why wont vodafone give me the NUC unlock code for the blackberry curve i bought recently? I paid £20 to have this done yet they refuse to help me. I have all my receipts and original packaging. NOT COOL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! never again

I requested it at the time of purchase on march 12 and it was debited from my visa card. there is no ref request as it was done at the store in belfast where i purchased it. I was actually told it would be unlocked straight away???i have contacted customer service and requested a code to no avail. no one is willing to help me. I am in australia due to family emergency and now have useless phone. SORRY, but customer service is as useless as vodafone in australia. why does vodafone get to keep my money and refuse to give me what i paid for. i have the original packaging and receipts from the store. i have given all the imei no etc surely that proves what i am saying. if i give you that would it help? I am tired of getting the run around on this

Getting your code is now gonna be the easiest bit....unfortunately as you are now in Australia, using it wont be as the handset needs to be in uk for the unlock process to be successful...
