Re: will bt sim card work on blackberry

Hello, it all depends on whether your blackberry is unlocked or not if it is then you can simply pop your SIM card in and off you go if it is not unlock take it to a mobile phone shop and they will unlock it for you this will probably cost around £5-£10.Also you will not be charged any extra for using your BT SIM card in your blackberry.I hope this helps:smileyhappy:

Re: will bt sim card work on blackberry

BT Mobile is a MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) who use the Vodafone UK network (this basically means BT have their own mobile services but they don't have their own network infastructure so will use someone elses, like Vodafone).

I've never tried one of their SIMs before in a Vodafone device so what you might need to do is replace your BlackBerry's Vodafone specific internet settings with BT's internet settings (to make sure the BT SIM and the phone work together in sync).

Here's a useful site which gives access points of different networks and providers here - BT are about halfway down. This should allow it to work with the SIM card.
