Re: What device would you like to see on the programme and why?

Well after looking at Nokia's latest announcement, I'd be seriously interested in looking at an N9 if and when it becomes available,

I suppose we'd better add whatever sea ray matures into (somebody please shoot Elop)

Anyway In the meantime if I prommise to be a very good boy I'd be really greatful for a look at an android handset

I've noticed the HTC Evo 3D in the coming soon section. I'd like to see that make an appearance on the device loan programme :-)

Hi David, we've already had Windows Phone 7 handsets on the programme, such as LG Optimus 7 and HTC Trophy 7. You can see some of our users' thoughts about them on these links:

I'd like to do a comparison with the Samsung Galaxy S II and IPhone 4.  Am a great user of Galaxy S and am considering changing to either the Galaxy S II or iphone 4.  I've heard that Samsung overtook sales on the iphone 4 last month in Australia so just wondering is the iphone4 all it's cracked up to be.  I love the phone I've got but it could be improved so it looks like the Galaxy S II has made some improvements which could make it far more popular than iphone 4.  Who knows?  It's not just 'younsters' that love these phones - I'm in my fifties and quite knowledgeable on these phones and apps.  So, Tom, pass me any smartphone to try - I'll give you the oldies version of function and usability.

Re: What device would you like to see on the programme and why?

Hello James,

Welcome! Funnily enough, Sukhi spoke to me before responding to you (we're the same team).

The loan programme is something offered to the top contributors on the forum, so whilst it's completely free to take part in, you'll need to spend time helping people on the forum in order to earn Kudos and Accepted Solutions, which will increase your rank and make you eligible. It won't be easy, but it's a pretty cool thing to be able to take part in!

The LG Optimus would be interesting. I hear its got 2 antennas in it. Would love to see how it performs against other phones in weak-average signal areas

I would love the Chance to have a closer look at the Nokia Lumia 800.

I thought Tom's Video was very intriguing...

Having borrowed one of the earlier Windows Phone 7 devices, it would be interesting to compare my previous thoughts to this revamped model.

Is this phone a contender...? Could be interesting to find out...

Cheers
