I won tickets to London Fashion Week and claimed my prize on Friday 17th July but I haven't received the confirmation e-mail.

Just wondering if that means I won't be getting the tickets?

Hi - I received a text saying I was a winner also and then logged into my account and chose date and time when I wanted to attend. The message was then I will receive the tickets in next few days but that was 2/3 weeks ago and I have nothing.

Is there a delay in sending tickets?

A bit dissapointed in Vodafone as it has not exactly been a great customer experience.

At this time we don't have a definite answer for you, we are in contact with the team who arranges the VIP winners tickets/emails etc. however are still waiting on a date for when the tickets will be sent out.

We have a eForum staff member who was lucky enough to win Fashion Week tickets and I know they still awaiting their tickets so I would guess they just haven't been dispatched yet.

As soon as we have a concrete response we will let you all know.

I have received my confirmation e-mail, thanks for chasing it up for me.

It says the slot I have to arrive is between 3.30-6pm, I did want to go earlier though. Is it possible to arrive earlier?

Glad you received that and everything is clarified now.

Regarding your entry time, as soon as you are in you can stay for as long as you like. The reason there is time slots is to manage the amount of people entering at one time.

I'm afraid we won't be able to change your entry time however you should still be able to stay into the evening.

I won tickets for the London fashion weekend, yet i haven't received a confirmation email or the tickets.
The FAQ section is quite poor along with finding out specific details of your prize

there are 4 different types of ticket for the fashion weekend, and i wish to ask which i have won, if it is the basic ticket can i pay to upgrade it? This is something Customer Services are clueless with.
