So fed up now

I had my wildfire on a contract but after I stopped working I changed it to pay as you go. When it was on the contract I was able to send txt with pic attached with no problem what so ever. 

Since it went to pay as you go I can't send pics attached to a txt.

I have a  £15  freedom freebee and I also have £8+ credit for pic texts. I have used live chat, I have used the instructions given by vodafone to check phone setting.

This has now been going on for a month, I have been to my local shop and the staff were very helpful. The message I get when I txt with a pic is service denied.

I can get on the internet, I can connect to wifi, I can plain txt.

At the shop we have swapped phones, sims, nothing works with regards to my number. I was then told I would get a phone call from vodafone, nothing, no call. So on Friday morning I went to my local shop, Sarah changed the roam setting, then put it back to vodafone and hard booted the phone. I still can't txt with pic added.

Sarah said that vodafone would call me later that day. Oh they called alright, my mobile and landline hardly rang when the person hung up. 3 missed calls.  This is called call dumping and is illegal and not acceptable. 

So what are you going to do about this?
