30d Data Only Sim not working in LTE Gateway

Here's a strange one: I just got my second 30d data only SIM. Great deal. 50GB for £30 a month on a rolling 30d contract. I bought it to put in a Technicolor TG2000 LTE gateway that I need to do a demo.

It doesn't work but if I put that same data SIM in my iPhone it works perfectly. Also, if I take my iPhone SIM and put it into the LTE Gateway, the LTE gateway works perfectly.

Shop thought something wrong with the way that it was provisioned so we re did it - new SIM, new number. Same problem.

Any ideas? I'm pulling my hair out. I really need this working by Monday.

Slight correction. I can get 3G on the LTE router with my Data only SIM. 4G still aludes me. Can someone confirm the 30d 4G APN settings? I can find several variations online. Thanks.
