Account Cancellation

I have been writing to your company continually since 17th March asking for my account to be closed but I just seem to be ignored. I keep receiving bills for a service that I no longer use or want and it is now beyond a joke. You expect me to continuing to pay for your incompetence and will not accept my cancellation even though I have provided everything (name, phone number, account number & address).

Hi Andrew,

You are providing the correct details so the only reason your account would not be terminated is if the cancellations team are not receiving your requests.

 

Which address are you sending your letters to?

The correct address is:

Note: its always worth sending your letter via Royal Mail Special delivery, this will ensure that it definatly reaches Vodafone and is fully tracable.
