My Vodafone app for iPhone and Android.
When I first got broadband it was running at 30Mbps down and 15ms ping.
Now running at 19Mbps with 43 ping.
Can you advise?
Are you using Vodafone Broadband or a dongle.
The below information applies to Vodafone broadband.
Have you tried choosing another wireless channel if your connecting that way. And or split the frequencies in the router to 2.4gzh and 5ghz and choose the best for you.
If your connecting hardwired then try another ethernet cable and or re boot the router.
