Hi

I am running VMC version 3.2.1.156 it works correctly but the display isn't formatted correctly. Would it be beneficial to me to update the software and where would I get it from?

Best regards

Dave

Hi DaveFreer,

It's always recommended to have your gadgets on the latest software.

Have a look here for the right version for you.

Cheers,

LeeH

Thanks Lee but that link is broken.

Apologies, DaveFreer.

I've updated the link now. Can you try again for me?

Thanks,

LeeH

Hi,

You might be better of going here to get the newer software as the links above don't currently have any PC software on them.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the links, I've downloaded and installed VMB 10.3.102.36259.

When I connect the USB modem the first two device drivers install correctly but of the six that are installed secondly the Vodafone Mobile Broadband Modem (Huawei) fails.

VMB pops up but can't connect to an mobile devices.

What do I do now?

Hi DaveFreer,

As you're experiencing issues with the drivers installing correctly please follow the troubleshooting guide here.

If this doesn't help I would recommend uninstalling all drivers and software and start again from scratch.

Let me know how you get on.

Kay

Hi Kay

I've tried all the methods and the data interface will only load the "vodafone mobile broadband modem (Huawei)" driver dated 2/4/2011 version 2.0.6.709 which fails with the error "this device is not working properly abecause windows can not load the drivers required for this device(code 31).

What next?

Hi DaveFreer,

I've emailed a specialist support team with what you've done so far to get further advice as well as software if needed. I'll be back in touch on this thread as soon as I hear back from them. :Winking_smiley:

Cheers, Ben

Thanks Ben
