Help please with K3770

Hi

I have a 2gb pay monthly data sim with vodafone I bought a pay as you go K3770 dongle and thought I would be able to use it to  connect to the internet but it isn't working do I need to change the apn settings username and password I phoned the help  desk and they told me to put internet as apn and username web and password web but still have no joy

any help much appreciated

It looks like DuncanMartin34 has offered some good advice

I would recommend giving this a go and see if it will allow you to connect. If this doesn't change your predicament the last thing I would recommend would be to download the latest software as this will give you the option to change to the type of connection i.e. PAYG or Pay Monthly.
