Hi there

 

It can take a while for the data pack to load which could be why you're not able to get online.

 

I'd recommend giving it a few hours and if it is still not working, call 191 from any Vodafone handset (03333 040 191 from any UK phone.)

Hi

Try clearing your cookies etc and re start the programme.

Can you look at any security suite that may have started to affect your access.

Try it in another computer if you can.
