So we can look into this for you please can you confirm the following;
What version of Windows 7 are you using?
What version of VMC are you using?
In my computer under the USB section can you confirm if there is any icon next to the Modem controllers?
When you connect via VMC what are you conecting to? 2G or 3G?
Have you tried different browsers?
Do you have any firewall or antivirus software that would block the connection?
