K3085-Z - Cannot get internet connection

Hi

Had this for a couple of weeks now. Installed fine on my Windows 7 laptop and able to send SMS's. However, whenever I try to open an internet browsing session Explorer immediatley says it is unable to display the page - just like if there was no connection available at all.

I've reinstalled, tried different settings and ports but to no avail. Tried to talking to your tech people today but didn't really understand my problem. Its driving my crazy and will cancel this soon unless I can get it sorted.

I want to make it work so please help

Welcome to the eForum from all of the team.

So we can look into this for you please can you confirm the following;

What version of Windows 7 are you using?
What version of VMC are you using?
In my computer under the USB section can you confirm if there is any icon next to the Modem controllers?
When you connect via VMC what are you conecting to? 2G or 3G?
Have you tried different browsers?
Do you have any firewall or antivirus software that would block the connection?
