Mobile Broadband - How can I top up online?

I may be simply missing something but how can I Top Up my Mobile Broadband Sim online.

I am running it on a Mac and have loads of issues with the connect software ... I don't have a Vodafone mobile and it seems this is needed to create an online account.

Basically how can I create an account online to simply allow me to add another 3Gb of data without using the Connect software ?

Hi dannylong and welcome to the Vodafone eForum.

All SIMs have numbers associated to them, including the data SIMs. If you have a mobile phone at hand, or one you can borrow, place the SIM in this, then press *#100# and it will display your number. You can then register this for online services, but keep the SIM in the mobile until you receive the SMS that includes the code.

If your unable to do this, or this fails, just reply to the email I've sent you, with as much information as you can supply, and also include your SIM number. I will then be able to assist further.
