Mobile broadband unit R307

I purchased an R307 mobile broadband unit complete with 2GB data included for use at my caravan. Since purchasing it, I have spent a further £20 topping it up and am still yet to connect to the internet whilst I am there. It says on the app that it IS connected, there is a full signal, yet the download rate is 0bps. Needless to say, I am not happy in the slightest with this. Could you please advise as to wether there is a solution to this before I take a hammer to it.

When you've topped up, you'll then need to use your credit to buy a data bundle. You can arrange this on your My Vodafone account.

Been on there too. Next to useless. Even tried live conversation, no one available every time I log on, tried the phone numbers, that just goes round in circles. Useless.
