Need Original software, not update

Hi,

I have a K3765-Z mobile broadband dongle.  I bought a 15 GB sim but when I plugged it in I got a message that the sim was not answering.  To try to trouble shoot I uninstalled the VMC software from my computer (Mac OS10.6).

Now when I plug in the usb dongle it flashes red but it does not offer to install the software as it should.  I have completely cleaned out all the old software and cleared the user and system caches but nothing happens when I plug in the dongle.  The computer makes no response.

Any help gratefully received.

I AM SPEACHLESS.  Vodafone has been a star performer for its business customers and share holders for decades.  Why then is the web support so poor?

In my search for the "COMPLETE SOFTWARE PACKAG" I have ended up on the page you suggest about 50 times.  All roads might lead to Rome, but all links for Vodafone software lead to that page.

The read-me file on the page you sent me to says: QUOTE

"This software will only replace the currently installed version on your PC or Mac and will not re-flash the device."

In my search for a full installation I have seen posts from numerous other poor souls engaged in the same search.  Vodafone should provide a link to the complete package.

By complete accident I came across a link for the COMPLETE PACKAGE download on the Greek Vodafone web site.  What a mess, go figure.  So for all the other lost souls here it is.

I hope that its availability is not a mistake and, if so, I hope Vodafone does not take it down.

It is very easy to end up on this page, which allows you to update your existing software.

However, if your dongle refuses to install the software in the first place you will find it very very difficult to find a source of the complete installation package.  It took me hours, so here are the links I found.
