I had problems recently regarding not being able to access internet and my balance etc, after finally speaking to someone on the phone they sorted it out by topping up my account with £15! they said this would be FOC for my trouble ive been having, now it says I have £1 of credit left and it has only been 2 weeks? and I havnt really been using it that much. Has £15 really been put on? and my last problem was that when I bought the dongle it had 500mb pre-loaded on but the balance only said 250mb, did I get the other 250mb back?
