Vodafone K3565 Modem - Can it be used with Vodafone Australia SIM?

Hi,

I purchased a Vodafone Dongle while I was in the UK on holiday and I live in Australia and was wondering whether I can use this dongle in Australia if Vodafone Aus is compatible???

Vodafone Mobile Connect IMEI: (Removed for security), MODEL K3565 REV 2.

Vodafone Aus asked me to contact you to find out the compatibility before they suggest plan.

Hi Collnick,

Welcome to the Vodafone UK eForum from all of the team.

To be honest with you, there shouldn't be any issues here however we will need to get the modem unlocked before the Australian SIM will work in the modem, to request an unlock code for the modem simply fill in our online request form with the modems details.

Once you receive the code and have unlocked your device you will then need to install Vodafone AUS VMC (Vodafone Mobile Connect) software to connect to the internet with the dongle and the Vodafone AUS SIM.
