Hi Mark Ellis 62

I've just checked this with our device specialist.

The latest model is K3570Z

The specifications can be found here

Are you looking to replace your E72 with this?

I've spoken to our device specialist about your speed issues and he has sent me something to try with you. So I've sent you an email with the instructions on it :)

Thanks

I have an E272. it has not worked since the sim was "Updated".
I have been using my Nokia 2760 as a modem for over a week now, and the download is still appaling at below 50 kbps - so please get the engineers to visit the Dorchester site, as it can't be the dongle's fault

Ben hi

is this for Pay As You Talk Customers, or just contract?

This web page gives me 504: Time Out errors, but appears to be the minimum hardware specifications - and not the dongle specification
.....

The link worked for me yesterday but is busted today. The 3570-Z is the thin one by ZTE supplied currently on PAYG and available including £15 top-up from Argos and VF shops for £24.99 and Carphone Warehouse for £20 . Can be used on contract if you use the existing VMC with the contract APN. There is no antenna connection. You may be better all round with an unlocked E160e from ebay as fewer and fewer dongles now have the antenna socket. I would imagine they have been spending good money on antenna sockets to service 0.1% of the user base.

Hi Mark Ellis 62

jarviser has beaten me to the answer here, thanks for that ;)

To give directions to that link, on Vodafone.co.uk select mobile phones and plans > mobile broadband. You will then be able to see all of our offerings for mobile broadband on both contract and PAYT.
