When I Try To Top Up Online Only Gives Two Bundle Data Choices

When i go online to pick a data bundle it only gives two choices of a £5 or £10 bundle what happened to the other bundle  choices up to £25?

If this was my situation I'd contact Customer service via Live Chat to ask them to check what the current available bundles are. They maybe able in the interim apply a wanted bundle option your after.

You should be able to purchase data bundle by logging into your online account. If you are using the link, there may be a limit on the amount of credit you are able to purchase without registering your card details.

 

If you purchased more than one bundle, the following bundle would start as soon as the data limit was reached.

To add From the literature I've read a person can buy up to 5 data packs which follow on from each other. 

 

I'm sure Live Chat will be able to help resolve this for you.
