Hi i wondered if anyone has had issues getting an accurate data reading on the vodafone app last few days... I had 8gb of data which i used so i bought an extra 1gb but then my app was showing that i had 11.7gb left of 9gb.. i used 600mb according to my phones monitor(htc one m8) then i recieved a txt saying i was out of data and would i like to buy 2gb for £10... My new balance was 12.7gb left and had out of plan usage charges of £22.50... I called to see whats going on but they couldnt see my current usage... Since then my data went from 12.7gb to 13gb in 30mins of checking... Ive snapped the screens showing the irregularities but am worried im gonna get a massive bill if i use the data that appeared from nowhere... Any ideas? Tia
