Hi, I have searched for this question, but haven't found the definite answer.

I have a k3565 rev 2 dongle. It has no expiry on the data, other than the usual 180 day use on the SIM. I am needing to top up, which I have to do in multiples of £15. Can anyone confirm that I will still be able to use the data (which I think is 1GB) on a no-expiry basis, or does this top up convert the dongle to the newer package which has a 30 day life to the data?

Hi cpriddey,

If the dongle has been active and is still on the old price plan then you will continue to have the non expiry of credit however, if this has had a new SIM or if it becomes inactive and requires reactivation then it will be placed on the new price plan.

When you top up you will be able to see exactly which package you have as it will show what data is left under your balance on the online account.
