hope someone can help i`ve been in contact with customer services recently and am now getting a message every time i start up my internet (Dear customer, we'd like to ask you 3 questions about your most recent call with our Customer Care Team. All messages are free.) how am i supposed to answer there is no contact info in the message and i don`t get directed to a web page its getting a little much now been happening for a couple of days .

Hi masklingb,

 

This sounds like a similar feedback survey to the one we use here. Are there no hyperlinks in the pop-up at all or a way to disable the survey for future? It's strange that it shouldn't link you unless you're not connected to the internet to complete the survey. If you could confirm this for me I can try and find out if there's another way to disable it. :Winking_smiley:
