Ive got a Balance of £25 and want to get a 6GB pack and pay with the Balance. When i go to purchase i get a massage saying
It seems that you can't buy any products on this 07************* number at the moment. Please try a different number.
Any help with this.

Ive tried phoning and waited more then 30 mins no answer they said the were busy so gave up.

The Network I assume is being swamped with the recent iPhone launch.
I would suggest calling on a Weekday early morning or lste'ish evening.
The he lines open 8am-9pm
