I know this has been previously raised on the forum. 

A dedicated web page detailing all extra packages which are available would benefit and help customers if these extra pack options with monthly cost were available when seaching the website.

Vodafone customers post here on the forum enquiring about extra packages and cost and many have no idea there is an international text pack available, MMS picture messaging bundle, Vodafone to Vodafone calls etc.

There was a way of choosing an extra pack by clicking on 'plan details' where customers would be able to see the available extra pack options which could be added to the monthly account but this is no longer available.

Extra packs could be subscribed to through online accounts or by calling Customer Services.

Great idea AnnS. I know Three actually have a downloadable pdf with all theirs and Im sure i've seen a similar page on the o2 website

EDIT: actually thinking about it some kind of directory that links back to the product pages for the packages may be better. The product pages have a huge amount of info about any given package which you just couldn't get in a single page

I thought this would be a good idea for customers who would be able to search and find all available extra packages and add them to accounts as well as Vodafone who would be able to sell more inclusive packages.

There has been no reply from the Tech Team which is disappointing.

It has now been more than three months since I started this thread on the forum and still no dedicated web page for Vodafone extras.

Even you Tom thought it was a great idea and something to be fed back.

I have just replied to a thread and all I could say was Vodafone have extra packs for Vodafone to Vodafone calls or unlimited landlines.  I would have been very helpful for the poster if I could have attached a link, which I would like to have done, but there isnt one !

Any more new on this yet Tom ?  Customers do need it and think of all the extra money Vodafone could make selling extra bundles !

Hi Ann,

I'm sorry nothing's appeared yet. We have fed it back, but despite our success rate at getting things added and corrected on the website, we can't always guarantee we'll be able to get them added.

I'll check up on this one when Jay's back in, but I presume it's something they've decided not to go ahead with. We can always create something ourselves in the new FAQ section though, so I'll get that done soon

That would be a very good addition to the FAQ's Tom, it would be something to refer customers to and would also come up with a Google.

Vodafone should have the information available on the website though.

I agree with Ann's point, the Web site should have features like her suggestion.

But Tom's workaround is a great idea! It would actually lend itself better to all of us...
