I am highly amused to discover that the bad language filter seems to be programmed to remove the word g i m p if it appears in a post.  Couldn't have predicted that one !      Has anyone else discovered other oddities ??

It could be used as an insult biffo1963, and there's surely no real need for anyone to say it on the forum, so I think it should stay in the filter. Unless you can give an example of context where you'd use it to talk about a mobile phone issue

Not a problem, there are plenty of abstruse alternatives available in the Urban Dictionary when required.

I use G I M P (GNU Image Manipulation Program) on a daily basis, via my Linux Laptop.

Much of the Graphics I produce is generated from this great little program. It does some things better than Photoshop

I've used Adobe, photoshop Pro but Gimp is by far the easiest!

Hey don't knock Paint.net!   You'd be surprised how many of the doctoral theses and scientific publications at my uni rely on it!
