What are macros?

Hello,
In my eForum Settings, is a tab called "Macros".
It allows me to define 20 titles and macros - however there appears to be no information on what they are or how I use them.
I read the forum help and searched the boards for mentions of "Macro" but found nothing relevant.
So, what are they, can they do something cool?
Regards

@bgs264
You can follow this guide I created. It is for creating a Kudos reminder. But you can apply this principle to anything you want to make a macro (auto input).
If you would like to use one of these Kudos Arms, please feel free. You can buy me a beer later.
How to make a quick insert Macro:
Right Click on the image above and select "Save image as"
Now click on any message and select reply.
Click on the insert image icon and browse to this image you saved on your PC and insert the image.
Click on the image so that it highlights in blue.
Click on the "HTML" Tab (between Rich Text, and Preview)
Select and Copy the Code.
Now click on the eForum link at the top of the page. On the top right, you will see your Avatar.
Click on "My eForum Settings"
Click on the "Macros" Tab.
In Macro 1 Title type Kudos Arm as a Title.
In Macro 1 Body, Paste the Code.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.
Now when you reply to a post, you will have a Macros drop down menu next to Spell check and Quote.
Simply click on the Macro drop down and select Kudos Arm. If you put this at the top of your post it will line up with the Kudos Star!
TSD.
