Hello All.

Im hoping this can be resolved quickly as its becomming a pain for me.

I cannot remember my user name to log in to my account. The user name that i thought i had used is no longer accepted due to formatting issues ? So anytime that i want to log on to the forum i have to click on 'reset my password' and come in through that way .

Next, I have a signature. I have read the threads on how to change this but i do not have the applicable 'signature box' within my personal settings.. again annoying as i would like to change my sig as its a little out of date!

And finally.. i cant access PM function. i have been told that i have been PM'd but am unable to find it anywhere!

Hopefully the above will be easy enough to fix.

Hi Adam,

I can see you joined the community back in 2009, this would have been using the old eForum system.

When the system came over to the current lithium platform quite a few things changed. The login details were one of them.

At the time all active users(users who participated in the last 6 months) were emailed about these changes, I'm guessing you never recieved this for whatever reason.

As mentioned one of the changes was your username and display name are now the same thing. In your case you have a space in your username, something the new system doesn't recognise.

Don't worry it's a simple fix!  Send n email over to vodafone-eforum@vodafone.co.uk  letting them know the issue and one of the team can get your username updated so you can log in again.

Your other queries,

Signature can be changed by going to 'My Eforum Settings' on the main screen (under your name at the top right) and select 'Personal Information' Your signature can be edited in here.

Finally, when you are logged in you can Click here to access your private message inbox

found my signature now thanks guys. after logging in and out with the new username it all works
