Why, why does voda AUS have such a better way of keeping customers informed that VF UK

http://www.vodafone.com.au/personal/aboutvodafone/network/index.htm - Just look at the way they post the network outages, they actually tell there customers whats happening.

and not just give some random basic message, I think VF should consider this, considering VF is a uk company, why on earth are we so behind.

Vodafoen Australia are a different company to Vodafone UK however your point still stands, they do appear to show planned network outages better than Vodafone UK.

I know there have been some enhancements to the system used here recently and there is a lot more in the pipeline so i'm sure improvements will come in time.
