Hi,

I have been having signal issues lately.

I cannot ring sometimes. It makes a beep and hangs up.

Whoever I try to call will get a missed call from me though.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Right if I have it 2g only then the signal is full! 3g and it is 1 bar or 2.

Sort it out vodafone!

So we can identify your issue please can you confirm the following;

Does this happen in all locations or just one?

If one, what is the postcode of that area?

Does this happen with your SIM in another phone?

Are others having issues in the area?

How old is your SIM?

Does it happen with another SIM in your phone?

My sim is very old. Had it minimum 5 years. one of the workers in the Aylesbury store said he has the same issue and something is being done. I can't try the other options but would a new sim help?

I have spoken to the Aylesbury (my local) store.

They said it is a known issue and they are trying to get this fixed.

They said there is an ICT ref number for this and also the regional manager Ron Owen is aware of this issue.

I am going to ring customer services as I would like some sort of reduction in my bill whilst this is happening.

If you could reply that would be helpful as well.
