HTC Desire series

Hi guys,

Since the recent software update from HTC I have virtually no signal.  I am unable to receive/make call or messages. I have tried various SIMs, tried a hard reset and changed settings; all to no avail.

Having looked on the internet I know that I am not alone with this problem HERE is a link to just one of the forums describing the problem. This is a major issue for me.  So what can you guys do?

Same problem here with a HTC Wildfire. We have had nothing but trouble with these phones with MMS problems and now this.

Thanks for both of your posts here. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

So that we can rule out this as a network issue first of all, can you please read the following thread and post back the results.

Hi Wayne,

Thanks for the contact.  I have spoken to HTC who have explained that is a known issue and they are trying to resolve the matter with a new update.  However, at the mo that just leaves me without the full use of a mobile.  I send out texts in the hope that they actually reach someone, majority don't.
