HTC Desire series

I've recently upgraded to the Desire S and i am having problems emailing pictures to my works email. I can attach the file but it bounces back as undeliverable due to the file size.

Is there a way of reducing the size of the picture before i email it so as to get around the problem ?

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

That’s a very strange problem to have because picture files are a just over a meg if that and shouldn’t really cause this problem. Have you tried sending it to other email addresses?

With regards to the file itself, the only thing I can suggest would be to crop the photo or resize the photo on the handset so it is smaller (You may need to download an app to do this) and resend.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I have now found a solution to my problem. On the App Market there is an application called 'Reduce Photo Size' and this works a treet. I can now email my photos from my mobile direct to my works email address with no problem.
