Hi,

I have called vodafone countless times, basically my usb charging cable has become loose and keeps losing connection on the slightest movement of the phone. The first time I called, I was sent the plug and not the cable, the second time - the back cover of a nokia phone (?!) and today I have been sent a handsfree kit!

I'm getting quite frustrated as the invoice seems to detail the right thing but I get something different every time! My phone hasn't had a proper charge for a while now. Can I please please just get the usb charging CABLE??

You can just buy a cable from ebay or amazon for about £2 if that's easier - that's assuming that it is the cable that is at fault and not the socket in the phone.

Thank you for your post and a very warm welcome to the eForum from myself and the team.

I understand the frustration and would love to get this resolved for you, there has been a great suggestion by gdwhitehouse as you will not find many car kits for £2, however I agree that this is unacceptable and would love to get this rectified.

I have sent an email to the address you registered with on here, once I have received your reply I will be able to investigate further and look at what options we have.
