HTC Desire Z - No Service, Account Suspended!

Hi,

I woke up this morning and had Limited Service. I tried turning the phone off for a while but this made no change. When I logged in to my account online it said my account/number has been suspended. How has this happened? I need to use my phone urgently!

The problem has recurred. My number has been cut off again! What is happening down there? I'm at my wit's end. I have been speaking to vodafone but so far they can't help. I am waiting for a call back.
