I recently damaged my phone accidently and so put in a claim to my mobile phone insurance provider Lifestyle Services Group which I have through my bank account. They requested that I get a Proof of Usage from Vodafone in order for them to process my claim. This is supposed to be on Vodafone headed paper and should be typed out with at least the following information: IMEI number of phone, date of purchase, start and end date of my contract. I requested this from Vodafone and am having so much trouble getting the right thing. I've had something without my IMEI number, something that was handwritten, a reply to an email (not on headed paper as requested) and now finally I have received something that looks like I could have made it with just a screenshot of a logo pasted on to the document. I am getting so frustrated now and no-one will help me when I call 191. Can anyone help with this please?
