Remove 360 apps and demos

Hi,

just got a DHD, and i cant delete the vodafone 360 apps or game demos via settings

Any ideas?

They're written into the FW, they can't be removed

Is this something new then? I got my HD last Nov and I don't have anything labelled 360 or any demos.

 

However, I'd strongly encourage anyone who has these to complain very loudly as I'm sure that customers kicking up a fuss got their service provider to remove this sort of thing elsewhere.

Chances are you got an unbranded handset as when the DHD first came out it was being shipped with the generic ROM

These and those stocks and news bloody widgets that you cannot remove, can't even stop half the bloody ###### from updating, it's infuriating.
