yes you get a better deal if you ring them up as oppose to going through online/upgrade route.
I called y'day evening, my contract ends in 3 weeks.
got the HOX for £65 all in including delivery cost for tomorrow.
sounds cheap! well my contract is 12 months, 300mins, U/L text, and 500MB, £36 p/m, paid via DD
only been with voda for 2 and bit years, the n/w service for me is very good, use it for work alot. my friends have told me about giff gaff, havent looked into it, but same kind of plan will cost my a tenner, but i will have to shell out £400+ for this phone...
if head phones, are not included, then i will phone them and ask for one to be sent, if not then i will send the phone back and ask for a refund or a different colour. will see if phone has the issues list here and on xda.
phoned will be locked down to voda?
thanks

Still, they did put in a brand new boxed Lumia 800 !!!!!
I called customer services at the weekend to sort it out and it was a complete waste of time. I was surprised, cause every other time I've called Vodafone, they were so helpful. This guy was ruse and clueless and had no idea of "service". Very poor.
Told the guy the 2 issues, no urBeats headphones and an extra phone.
All he would do was keep repeating "I've got no beats headphones on my system, therefore you can't have them", no mater what I asked.
He then said he'd get the extra phone picked up. I asked him how he could do that when it wasn't on his system that I had it !!!!!! - He wouldn't even answer that one.
So then I ask to speak to his supervisor or manager and he point blank refuses to let me. Says, no point wasting their time as they'd just tell me the same.
So I told him that when they wanted the extra phone back, they could call me to discuss that and my missing headphones.
Still waiting on that call........

Hi Roboraver
Thanks for your post, I’ve replied to your other post here. ![]()
The UrBeats headphones offer has now ended on the HTC One X, at the moment it is still available with the HTC One S.
Thanks
Amanda
