Thanks Ian - does that mean that there are still beats headsets available? I'll know for sure shortly as my phone is due to be delivered today but would be good if VF could let people know that the promo is still available or sold out.

what is it about the beats headphones? i have been using a set of top of the range Sure headphone worth about 200 quid and it sounds great using Beats(other) but if you select the Urbeats option the sound goes all weird and hurts my ears

would it sound better using the Urbeats option on the phone and those headphones? was going to sell them on. Would i be better selling the SUres????

Hi,

I upgraded my contract and pre-ordered the HTC One X. I received my new phone on April 5th, but I did not get the urbeats headphones.

After reading the forums, I have found that people who ordered later than myself for instance are still receiving the urbeats headphones???

Was this offer only available to new customers or something?? If so, Vodafone should have made that more clear. I am disappointed that I have not received the urbeats headphones, I would like some feedback if anyone has any??

my headphones are on ebay, decent enough sound but what a stupid place to stick the remote on them, why not have it in a similer place to the ibeats

I received my white replacement (4th one) today and that came with the Beats headphone so I am guessing the statement about the white ones being sold out can't be true?

Ring them and discuss, you will get a much better deal speaking to someone that using the online upgrade forms.
